Activepieces
Open-source automation platform with AI pieces
- Automation & agents · editorial fit

Overview
Activepieces is an automation platform with visual flows, AI agents, tables, application integrations, and API access. Teams can use the hosted service or self-host the core, with integrations implemented as reusable TypeScript pieces and available throughout the builder.
The cloud Free plan is free forever with a daily credit allowance, while paid plans add capacity, users, organization controls, support, and enterprise administration. Activepieces documents its core as MIT-licensed; enterprise and cloud-only features use a commercial license.
Supported use cases
Automate a SaaS workflow
Connect triggers and actions across business applications without writing the whole integration.
Add a missing connector
Build or modify an open-source TypeScript piece for an application API.
Run automation on controlled infrastructure
Self-host the core when data location or infrastructure ownership requires it.
Limitations
Open-source scope is the core
MIT licensing applies to the core; enterprise and cloud edition features are commercially licensed.
Free runs are capped daily
Once the Free plan’s daily credits are consumed, additional runs wait for the next refresh.
