Buffer AI Assistant is a writing and repurposing tool inside Buffer’s social-media publishing workflow. It helps turn an idea or existing post into drafts shaped for a chosen audience, tone, and social network, then hands the result back to Buffer for editing, scheduling, and publication.

It is available within Buffer’s broader web application rather than as a separate general-purpose chatbot. Individual creators and small teams can use it on the Free plan, while paid Buffer plans add higher publishing limits, analytics, team access, and approval features around the same content workflow.
